We help people over the phone, by email and web chat, where that works for them, while reserving our face to face support for when it's most needed.
However, we are not running a drop-in service, so we’re asking people to call us, or email us first. This way we can assess the best way of helping you, including booking an appointment when needed. It will also give people the opportunity to get the advice they need, or be signposted to the most appropriate service without having to travel.

Christmas and New Year opening times
We will be closed over the festive period from noon on Tuesday 24 December 2024 and will reopen, as usual, from 9am on Thursday 2 January 2025.
As now, when we reopen we will not be running a drop-in service, so please call or email us. This way we can assess the best way of helping you, including booking an appointment where needed.
