We currently have 2 vacancies - Caseworker and Wiltshire Money Partnership Officer

Caseworker

Hours: 21 hours per week (working pattern by agreement with successful candidate)

Location: Flexible within Wiltshire with the ability to travel countywide.

Salary: £24,143 per annum pro rata plus 6% pension contribution after 3 months

Annual Leave:  33 days (inclusive of bank holidays), pro rata

Wiltshire Citizens Advice is looking for a flexible caseworker to work with clients primarily around the areas of Debt and Benefits advice

Ideally you will have knowledge of debt and/or welfare benefits along with a proven track record of delivering high quality services and management of a complex caseload.

Candidates who have good debt or welfare benefits knowledge, but have not held a caseworker role, are also invited to apply.

You will have an empathy and commitment to work within the aims, principles and policies of the Citizens Advice service and can identify with our values to be fair, responsible and professional.

Wiltshire Money Partnership Officer

Salary:                 £25,755 per annum - pro rata plus 6% employer pension contribution

Hours:                 0.5FTE 18.5 hours per week - Permanent

Location:           Trowbridge, Salisbury, Chippenham or Devizes, flexible and homeworking available.

Holidays :          33 days (inc bank holidays) pro rata

Who we are?

Wiltshire Money is a partnership of organisations from across WIltshire with an interest in supporting people with Financial Inclusion issues.Our members include a range of statutory, third sector and voluntary organisations including  small local charities,  the DWP and Wiltshire Council.

What we do?

We work together as a partnership to give member organisations access to high quality advice and support around debt, welfare benefits, budgeting and a range of other money related issues. We have also run a range of projects including tackling illegal money lending, supporting people to switch energy supplier, and access to banking and cheaper utilities.

Who we need?

We need a person for 0.5FTE to manage our Wiltshire Money work, to increase the numbers of partners that we engage with and the impact we have. 

How does it work?

You will be employed by Wiltshire Citizens Advice and can work from any of our 4 offices across Wiltshire as well as remotely. You will be managed  by the Citizen Advice CEO supported by Wiltshire Money Steering Group Members.
