We have the following 3 vacancies:

1. Administrator

Hours: 18.5 hours per week

Location: Flexible with the ability to travel across Wiltshire and Swindon.

Salary: £17,893.00 per annum (pro rata), plus 6% pension contribution after 3 months

Annual Leave:  33 days (inclusive of bank holidays)

Term: June 2021

The Building Bridges programme supports people across Swindon and Wiltshire who are facing significant challenges in being able to develop their skills, access education or move towards the world of work. The programme is jointly funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and the European Social Fund.

As a delivery partner for the Building Bridges programme, Wiltshire Citizens Advice is looking for a flexible administrator to provide administrative assistance and general support to the project caseworker.

You will be able to demonstrate recent experience in an administrative role, have excellent IT skills along with a high level of communication skills.  You will be flexible in your approach and enjoy working as part of a committed team.

This role is fully funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and European Social Fund as part of the Building Better Opportunities programme and will be solely employed on the programme delivery.

You will have an empathy and commitment to work within the aims, principles and policies of the Citizens Advice service and can identify with our values to be fair, responsible and professional.

2.Pension Wise Service Delivery Manager  

Salary: £32K TBC F.T.E Plus employer pension contribution plus 6%pension contribution after 3 months

Annual leave: 33 days pro rata including Bank Holidays

Hours: 22.5 - 30 to be agreed

Base Location: Home based / Wiltshire

Management responsibilities: Pension Wise Guiders and Admin team

Term: Fixed Term until 31/03/2022 with possible extension

Wiltshire Citizens Advice is looking for someone to manage our pension wise guiders and administrators.

Reporting to our Chief Executive Officer you will assume the line management responsibility for project staff whilst working closely with project funder to ensure agreed project outcomes are met.

You will possess a high level of communication skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast paced setting.

3.Trainee Debt Adviser

Salary: £20,129  plus 6% pension contribution 

Hours:  37 hours

Term: 31st March 2021 with possibility of extension to December 2021

Annual Leave:  33 days (inc bank holidays) pro rata

Base Location: Wiltshire

Wiltshire Citizens Advice is looking for someone to train in and deliver a good quality debt advice service to clients, with due regard to the aims, policies and procedures of the organisation .No prior experience in debt advice is required so this is a fantastic opportunity to develop and enhance new skills.
