Salary: £26,260

Hours: Full or Part -time

Location: Employed by Wiltshire Citizens Advice. Working in Wiltshire, Bristol, South Gloucestershire

Contract: Fixed term contract up to 31st March 2021 (with the potential for extension)

  • HM Government Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
  • Successful completion and passing of accreditation training and exam

Successful candidates will be required to attend a 3 week induction programme - of which 6 days will be held in central London (travel and accommodation costs will be covered).

Offers of employment are dependent upon successfully passing the exam and role play.

Salary: £24,184 p.a.pro rata £9,151 p.a actual plus 6% pension contribution after 3 months 
Hours: 14 hours per week – days and working pattern flexible and by agreement with successful candidate. 
Annual leave: 33 days (inclusive of bank holidays), pro rata
Duration: Fixed Term to 31st December 2019 (possibility of extension subject to funding availability)
Location:  Based in Salisbury with the ability to travel county wide
To provide a welfare benefits advice service to people affected by cancer, with the aim of maximising their income. The post holder will undertake casework, assisting clients to access their entitlements to welfare benefits and other sources of financial help.
The service will be delivered in settings appropriate to the client group including outreaches in health settings.
You will have an empathy and commitment to work within the aims, principles and policies of the Citizens Advice service and can identify with the Wiltshire Citizens Advice values that we are always fair, responsible and professional.

Salary: £5.90 per hour

Hours:  30 per week

Reporting to: Adviceline Supervisor

Annual Leave:  33 days (inc bank holidays) pro rata

Base Location: Trowbridge

JOB REQUIREMENT:  

Wiltshire Citizens Advice is looking for an apprentice to join our team of telephone advisers on our Wiltshire Advice Line.

Reporting to the Call centre manager you will be the initial point of contact for members of the public contacting Wiltshire Citizens Advice via the telephone. Full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, enjoys telephone work, is non-judgmental and has good listening skills.

You will possess a high level of communication skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast paced setting.
