Barbara Oatley has worked at Wiltshire Citizens Advice for the past 15 years. She trained as a teacher and previously worked as a benefits visiting officer. She also works as a free lance trainer for a number of organisations.

Price per Delegate: £70 + VAT for 6 hour course
Price per Delegate: £110 + VAT for 9 hour course
Price per Delegate: £ 40 + VAT for 3 hour course
