LSC Debt Caseworker (maternity cover)
One fulltime post for up to one year to cover maternity leave
37 hours per week - up to £20152 p.a.
33 days leave (incl. bank holidays)
Wiltshire Citizens Advice is seeking a well organised, enthusiastic debt caseworker to join our successful LSC Team. You will need to be able to deal with complex debt cases with the ability to manage your own workload, whilst being able to meet the projects challenging casework targets.
This is a fixed term contract, based in our Chippenham Office, to cover maternity leave. You will need to have recent and ongoing experience of debt casework and preferably experience on a LSC project.
You will need to have a good understanding of the voluntary sector and must have excellent communications and organisational skills to ensure the success of the service and be IT literate.
