It's Volunteers' Week (1-7 June 2017), an annual celebration of the fantastic contribution millions of volunteers make across the UK. During Volunteers’ Week hundreds of events and celebrations will take place across the country to say thank you to volunteers, recognising the important contribution they make.

You make the difference

This year we're celebrating local people giving their time and skills to make a difference to the lives of people in Wiltshire.

Valuing volunteers

Volunteers are vital to the Citizens Advice service, working in partnership with staff to provide advice and support to over 15,000 people every year in Wiltshire. Last year, over 140 volunteers donated over £1million worth of volunteering hours to our service in Wiltshire.

We'd like to say a big thank you to all our volunteers, past and present for the fantastic contribution they make in helping the people of Wiltshire successfully deal with life's problems.

thank you to our volunteers

Could you join them?

Volunteering with us is a great way to pick up new skills, make friends and feel part of an enthusiastic team. And it’s not just worthwhile; volunteering can also be fantastic fun and hugely rewarding. All sorts of people volunteer for many different reasons. Whether you’re at school or retired, working or job hunting, there’s a rewarding role for you at Wiltshire Citizens Advice.
